Full-time resident interns commit to one year of working directly with our elders. Interns are matched with 20 to 30 elders with whom they maintain regular contact. Interns also participate in all other day-to-day programs such as social events, on-call, etc. It is an enriching experience for the intern and their efforts allow our Volunteer and Elder Services Program Coordinator to focus more time on increasing our outreach efforts.
