Everyone's gift is important to the success of
Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly. Gifts and
in-kind donations, food, flowers, office equipment,
space for a party are always needed. However you
choose to give, your gift allows us to keep our
overhead low and to serve more elderly.

There are several ways you can help serve the
elderly.
MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS
Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly is a
privately supported organization with an ongoing
need for donations to fund our work. There are many
ways to contribute. Little Brothers is a 501(c)(3)
not for profit organization. All gifts are tax
deductible to the extent provided by law.
- CASH GIFTS
Contributions are welcome throughout the year. All
gifts are tax deductible to the extent provided by

- CREDIT CARD GIFTS
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

- GIFTS OF SECURITIES (SUCH AS COMMON
STOCKS)
Gifts of securities are always welcome and are
also tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

- MATCHING GIFTS
Check with your employer. Many companies will
match employee donations to qualified charitable
organizations. Your gift may even be matched at a
level of 2 or 3 to 1.
- MEMORIAL OR COMMEMORATIVE GIFTS
Make a contribution in memory of someone or give a
gift in honor of a special occasion such as a
birthday or wedding. Contact

- UNITED WAY
We are not a United Way agency. However, you can
designate Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly -
Boston as the recipient of your United Way or
workplace campaign.
GIFTS-IN-KIND
Gifts–in-Kind include food, flowers, office
equipment, computers, space for a party, and gifts
for the elderly to name just a few. If you have any

BEQUESTS AND PLANNED GIFTS
Bequests are gifts provided by way of a will. By
naming Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly,
Boston as a beneficiary in your will or life
insurance policy, you ensure that we will be able to
serve lonely elderly people in your name far into
